Used to be able to download from www.progarchives.com ("progressive" rock) but they changed their software and now you can only stream.

edit - for some stranger stuff (mp3's & videos) I love the WFMU blog - http://blog.wfmu.org/ . They've given me Rocky Horror in Norweigan(1), the deragned outpourings of Lil' Markie(2) and ultra-cute Japanese Pop Doopee Time(3). Yesterday they offered a selection of episodes of the Japanese kids show Gimme Gimme Octopus which is about an octopus and a peanut who are in love with a walrus(4). Can't ask for more!
