Bill and Hillary both nominated for Grammys!
Here's the link:

http://www.grammy.com/press/press_releases/2003/1204a.aspx

In an interesting twist, former President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton are both nominated in Spoken Word categories. Best Spoken Word Album For Children nominees include Charlie And The Chocolate Factory (Eric Idle), Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix (Jim Dale), Prokofiev: Peter And The Wolf/Beintus: Wolf Tracks (Bill Clinton, Mikhail Gorbachev and Sophia Loren), Tell Me A Scary Story (Carl Reiner), and Winnie-The-Pooh (Jim Broadbent). The Best Spoken Word Album nods go to Fear Itself (Don Cheadle), Lies And The Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair And Balanced Look At The Right (Al Franken), Living History (Hillary Rodham Clinton), The Nikki Giovanni Poetry Collection (Nikki Giovanni), and When You Ride Alone You Ride With Bin Laden (Bill Maher).

2. Hillary won before
I can't remember the year, might have been '96. She won in the same category.

3. I saw that Clinton/Gorbachev/Loren album.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the CD of "Peter and the Wolf" and "Wolf Tracks" with the Big Dog listed as one of the narrators. Given that Ms. Loren's is also one of the recorded voices, I had a sudden thought about Gorby and Bill wolf-whistling or howling...

And I see Jim Broadbent is nominated. I don't know if he's won an Emmy and I doubt he's won a Tony, but he already had an Oscar. Perhaps he can start competing with other record holders in awards. I think only Streisand may have the complete set!

5. Not really..
Streisand DOES have a complete set, but her Tony was an honorary one, oddly enough.

Helen Hayes and Rita Moreno are the only two that have Emmy's, Tony's, Oscar's and Grammy's in competitive categories.
