Since I gave this doop Chadwick tons of hits yesterday with his rant against smart people and DUers, I thought I would balance is out by pointing out a good contrast piece to him at Neo-Progressive penned by a DUer who actually spoke with him, probably via messenger.

It's totally cool

1. Spouting Latin catchphrases does not make you sound intelligent, it makes you sound pompous and arrogant. Latin is almost as useless and French.

Okay, we will ignore the fact he has the grammar of a retarded monkey. Maybe this is only his opinion about Latin. I think the last line is a joke, but he seems to be so angry, that he has no sense of humor anymore. Last time I checked, hundreds of millions of people speak French, and Latin is the basis for a lot of the modern languages we speak. Latin may not have any real need right now "per se," but if one looks at history, Latin has had tremendous utility. One might be inclined to say that Latin is the ne plus ultra of the romantic languages.

The rest of it is brilliant.
