computer monitor question
I'm getting some very thin, barely visible black lines rippling around in the bottom half of the screen.
Should I duck and cover?

1. run screaming for the hills
Listen for a high-pitching whining. Your flyback transformer is probably going.

If it's on warranty get it fixed now as it may take awhile for it to blow completely.

3. There is a knob, usually under the monitor, to adjust tracking. Try that

4. Be sure to check the cable
A bad connection can cause that problem.
