1. The sad thing is....
this guy isn't the first black driver in NASCAR history. Apparently, CNN hasn't heard of Wendell Scott or Willy T Ribbs.

Not MANY, mind you...but there have been black drivers throughout NASCAR'S history.

1947!!!

Almost 60 years ago. It doesn't speak much of NASCAR that this even has to be news. :(
