5. Bohemian. Breaded, fried, with applesauce and mashed potatoes...
The best restaurant for this is the Westchester Inn, in the burbs of Chicago (in Westchester, near Hinsdale). Dang, now I'm hungry...

13. On a plate, if possible-but I'll take one on a biscuit willingly......
My preference is breader, pan fried but I'll hsppily eat them any way they're cooked. Never had them barbeques, though. Sounds interesting...

25. I like to cook them 2 ways.
Both on the stove...

1st is with a can of cream of chicken soup and garlic pepper, in a covered pan. Usually keeps them moist.

2nd way, I boil them for a few minutes and then fry them on the stove in a little bit of butter or vegetable oil and whatever seasoning I feel is best that day- usually garlic pepper.

I loves me some pork chops, and those are my two fave ways to cook them- the man likes em too. :) (Or maybe he just likes not having to cook on his own! :7)
