I can't believe I just wrote that...

So, today I went shopping for the rest of my living room furniture. I picked up unfinished stuff because I like to do my own artsy stuff with it--I grabbed a sofa table, two dining chairs, a bunch of those slat-sided wooden crates (I use them for end tables and storage, very cool looking), a restaurant-style wood highchair for my daughter (to replace her ugly and way too big regular one), and a cute little step-stool for her.

Now all I need to do is paint all of it and silver&copper leaf the sofa table in the next two weeks before my sweetie gets back from I-raq... we'll see what happens...

3. Not parents -- HGTV, lol. When I had cable, it was almost all...

I watched--that and Discovery Health Channel (I was pregnant when we had cable, so I watched all the baby shows).

They were stuck on top of this bottle of herbal deodorant I have--I guess I thought I was doing something witty when I stuck them on there, but hell if it didn't give me a good ole scare!
