19. Do you really have to go running tomarrow?

There were a couple of times that I went running in the morning after staying up all night or getting less than 3 hours of sleep because of track practice or in one case because I had pre registered for a race. In all of these cases, I ended up vommitting, feeling much greater muscle fatigue, not doing very well, and generally feeling crappy. If this is just a general exercise regiment, I'd recommend that you take the day off. If you run with a friend, call the friend and explain your circumstances.

20. This is the difference between you and I.. the all nighter thing, I get,

since I was and am the world's worst procrastinator and spent most of college pulling allnighters, although I was a teenager then.

The idea of actually going running, after being up all night, instead of getting an hour, or an hour and a half, of much needed sleep, is unthinkable.

The fact that you are thinking it, is admirable... but do you actually do things like go running after being up all night? Kudos to you if you can do it...
