The LSU team is comprised of Freshman and Sophmores.....I think one Senior

Wow....Duke seemed to loose focus in the last few minutes especially in rebounding....

5. The whole SEC is young. Look for them to be a force the
next few years.

Big Baby was terrific. Grabbing those two rebounds at the end, especially that one against the whole Duke team was incredible. He was shooting free throws at the time. The rest of the LSU team was on the other end of the court. When he missed the second shot, he charged forward and grabbed the rebound before the Duke players could react. It was beautiful.

13. I think we say a Big Baby Shaq tonight. Davis is just a Freshman.
Scary isn't it? If he continues growing as a player and stays healthy, the NBA teams will be swarming around him like flies.

instead of what I knew. Self doubt is a bitch.

3. Come on guy, put the results in the BODY
and put a spoiler alert in the thread title. People routinely record these games to watch later.

24. Heavily overrated. "Duke" Vitale pumped them up so much that you
would think they were unstoppable.

9. Shut down JJ Reddick and Duke is incapacitated. It was predictable.
Duke was very weak this year, regardless of what the standing said. They have struggled for the last four games and it was clear that without Reddick, the team has no chance.

10. Florida State beat them once and should have beat them twice
but the refs called a double technical foul on our center with nine minutes left. Overrated IMHO

18. Yep, I'm dissapointed.
And now it's time for all those people who say "I picked them to lose at this point" and actually try to convince people that their "prediction" that LSU would win was a thoughtful choice and not a product of a passionate hatred for Duke.

Come on people, it was an upset. And put it this way. LSU played about as good a game as they could have and Duke played about as poorly as THEY could have. And if a couple loose balls go the other way, or a couple shots don't go down, the outcome is different.

I absolutely HATE the NY Yankees. I would cheer against them if the 3rd Reich fielded a team to play against them. But I'm not so delusional in my abhoration to think that they're "overrated" or "weak".

But hey, whatever. That Tyrice Thomas played out of his mind. He'll be fun to watch in the coming years.

22. I hoped that Syracuse would win, actually....
But I had them losing in the first round in my brackets. I just didn't think they could produce the energy and drive that they did during the tournament. They were a mediocre basketball team all year. The simply played really sound, inspired ball during their conference tournament.

If the NCAA Tournament would have started the very next day, I think they may have done something...but they came down from their high and they couldn't get back their.

25. I hate Duke, but I would've had them in the Final Four if I'd done a
bracket this year.

But I do delight in their demise, no lie.
