:hi:

Told ya we'd talk again. I've got more regular internet access now, so maybe I'll be around more regular-like.

That last one really shows the whole scene. I like the way it unfolds into the distance.

And the grass is dreamy....

Good to cross paths again.

I am so pleased to see you tonight!

And of course, I am thrilled that you like these....

I do wish there had been less haze in the air....oh, well......

I love the grass one too.....I really like the backlit aspect of it...

I look forward to talking more with you!

17. I don't know if I can explain it...
you kinda have to know what you're looking for, but...

starting from the left side of the pic, look over about 3 skyscrapers to the maroon-ish colored one (just to the left of actual downtown). There's a clump of yellow buildings right in front of it, that's the Medici apartment complex. the library is basically 2 blocks south and 1 block west. Unfortunately, it's not very tall! ;)

I'm so glad to see you tonight, my dear neighbor!

I'm not sure what sort of grass it is.....it was just growing along the path in the park.

But I loved how the sun struck it and how the light was scattered.....

Thank you for your compliments!

I took these in the Kenneth Hahn Park, which is in Inglewood...

There were several folks out today taking pictures....

One guy I saw had a HUGE lens, a tripod, and a camera......

He was about to do some very serious shooting, I think!

Do you know the area?

22. No, I have never been there, but the pictures are great. They really show
how close L.A. is to the mountains. I think the mountain shown is Old Baldy (aka Mt. San Antonio) in the San Gabriel moutnains, or else it's the San Bernardino mountains (Mt. San Gorgonio at the highest point), but I believe it's the former. Thanks for sharing those. I love the grass picture too.

Yes, the mountain is Mt. Baldy, or Mt. San Antonio!

28. #3 is much better than #1. All you need to to have someone sit at the
table, looking away from you at the city, and you'll have a contest-winner. Especially if you moved forward to to your right a bit to keep the buildings framed between the trees, while moving the table to the left of the center of the composition.

Yes?
