I've just checked the Radio 3 web-site - apparently he's not a performer at all, he actually went into law first, then started writing for Gramaphone magazine. Somewhat like myself - very interested in music, but not very good at producing it.

I have one of those "Contour Cloud" pillows which I used for ages. Then suddenly I found that I could no longer use it because after an hour or so my neck would be stiff and achy, and I'd have the beginning of a throbbing migraine. So I switched to the trusty feather pillow that I'd had since childhood. That was fine for over a year until I started having the same problem I'd had with the Contour pillow. Then I had to switch back to the Contour pillow after which things were fine again. ("Fine" being a relative term. I still have to flip over regularly, stretch my neck out at least once during my sleep period, and am likely to have somewhat of a stiff neck upon waking anyway.) How long things will be ok with the Contour pillow is unknown, but I have the feather pillow on standby.

.....get through today. The week nd will then be a breeze - I hope.

They are shutting the water off in a couple of hours for ??. Some kind of repair work in our building that was built back in the 80's and don't have individual shut offs.:spank: So I'm going through filling everything I can find with water in hopes that all my needs will then be covered.
