Is there really no thread for "The Inside Man"?

I saw it yesterday afternoon and I thought it was quite good. I am a Spike Lee fan, and of course it is very different from his earlier films, but it managed to incorporate important characteristics of Spike Lee films (racial issues, humor, beautiful shots of NYC, etc.) into a more traditional action movie framework. As a Spike Lee film, it was okay, but as an action film I thought it was excellent.

Any thoughts?

1. I feel I've seen it before, and it was called "The Negotiator".

It just sounds like the plot of so many movies I've seen before (obviously that's the case with most films nowadays). I'm sure Clive and Denzel together must be hella good, and I do really want to see it.

The fact that it's a Spike Lee film just upped it a couple notches, to tell you the truth. I'm kind of irritated that the knowledge of that has been artfully played down on the trailer, the ads, etc. I just went to the film site and didn't see Spike's name anywhere except for the second paragraph "About the Film". Second paragraph? He's surely more well known than Clive! I mean, granted, his last few films weren't blockbusters, but come on.
