Heavy cholesterol supper tonight
Everyone eating at my house tonight is going to
die.
The guilt!!!

Spinach stuffed lasagna rolls in bechamel sauce topped with marinara and more cheeeeeeeeese.

Salad (ok this passes)

Desert: A fresh baked cheesecake with blackberries & red raspberries.

To many eggs to much cheese what was I thinking?

2. What? No Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
I call that "heart attack on a plate" if you make it right with all the butter and the cream reduction...

I also figure I'll die a happy woman if I get to eat it every so often in my lifetime.

I dunno--your menu maybe sounds a little heavy on the dairy with all that cheese, but hey--figure you are doing your part to boost calcium intake for your guests! Now THAT is "hostitality!"
-----

Have fun, and it sounds like a great dinner! I'll bet the conversation will be absolutely stellar just to match that menu!

10. Hi, samplegirl. It was a good enough dinner, BUT
Edited on Sun Mar-26-06 01:11 PM by Heidi
I'm jonesin' for my granny's fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. With, maybe, blackberry cobbler and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Oh, lordy, I gotta fly west-then-south, SOON.

12. But the spinach
cancels out everything else.

My doctor says that I need more blood in my cholesterol system. To which I say, "I yam what I yam!"

BTW, when do we eat?
