11. How is that a problem?

Given the concept of the band, a bunch of kids covering songs they probably don't understand fits quite nicely with the concept if you ask me.

7. You all don't understand...THIS IS DEVO PLAYING THE MUSIC.

REALLY. The vocals are mostly that 12-year-old girl (who does quite a good job, by the way), but the music is all PLAYED BY DEVO. And it features two new Devo songs. Take it from a hardcore Devo fan, this album doesn't totally suck.

9. I have the album, and I agree...

...the music is very good. If Mark had been singing, it would be even better. The girl really isn't *that* bad though. True, she ruins Unconrollable Urge but I actually enjoyed this version of Peek-A-Boo better, although there is something creepy about a 12 year old girl singing "Peek-A-Boo, I see you, and I know what you do, because I do it too."

One pet peeve of mine though is some of the lyrics changes. The change of the last line in Beautiful World from "for you, but not for me" to "for you and I guess me too" really ruins the song.
