A good article on Stanford Women's basketball victory yesterday, including
what happened on the bus ride to the game. If you haven't seen this group play yet, you get at least one more chance at 8:07pm CT Monday on ESPN. Great players to watch are #11 Candice Wiggins (averaging 22 pts per game) and #30 Brooke Smith (a career high 35 points in the win against LSU yesterday).

Here's an article that tells yesterday's story: www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/sports/colleges/stanford/14191372.htm

And here's the box score from the game: http://gostanford.collegesports.com/sports/w-baskbl/stats/2005-2006/okstan.html

1. "win against LSU"?
Sorry, but that's not a headline Stanford will be seeing this year...Geaux Tigers!
