I miss my buddy

I'm leaving town for a couple of weeks and my best buddy, my newly adopted (a month ago) Siberian Husky, is staying with a dogsitter. My flight is early, so I took him to where he's staying late this afternoon. Tonight, I'm here by myself before I leave at the crack of frigging dawn.

It's LONESOME! Amazing how close we've gotten so quickly. He's a great buddy and a total knucklehead and I wish I could take him with me.

But I won't have much time.

I keep expecting the knucklehead to be there when I turn the corner. He's having a ball though I'm sure. He's staying with a couple of other dogs and he LOVES to play. He probably won't even want to come home when I get back . . . :cry:
