2. Wrong. They lost because Josh Boone didn't play enough.
It totally pisses me off that they lost to a major bunch of losers like the GWU team.

3. Actually
Actually UConn should have lost to the Washington Huskies. They couldn't beat them in regulation time, or with WaHuskies first six. They beat the WAHuskies second string. UConn is not as good as they are touted to be.
I'm hoping for UCLA to win it all. Our WA Huskies beat them twice during the season.

Peace :o

13. UCONN is as good as they were touted to be.
They had a sub-par game. Every team has one. The GM team is playing out of their minds right now.

15. no, they lost because they lacked killer instinct
The team from 1999 faced cinderalla Gonzaga in the Elite 8, but managed to pull off the win. They had El-Amin & Hamilton to nail the big shots... These Huskies just coasted most of the time & turned up the talent for a few minutes when needed. Unfortunately, they turned it on too late to beat GMU.

5. Dude if that were the case
GMU would have been punished for electing Allen to the senate. I think the reason they lost is because they probably let their guard down going against an 11 cede.

6. God doesn't give a fuck about basketball. Or baseball, or football,
No matter HOW many times a player thanks God in an interview for his team winning the game.

7. Disagree - God is way too busy cheering for the LSU teams
to care about some piddly-ass schools in another regional...

9. Get a life, God isn't punishing UConn.
He's the sixth man on the LSU team.

12. huh
I actually felt bad for Connecticut, but it was clear when they almost lost the other night, that the Cinderellas were going to the ball. I love to see the underdogs like GMU and Bradley win! (well except against Pitt.)

And at the beginning of the tournament I hoped: please not Connecticut or Duke. Not again!

16. God actually feels bad for CT because...
...God knows that in CT, when Republicans commit crimes like Giordano and Rowland, they actually get sent to jail, unlike some other places.

Besides, God was more concerned that Texas failed to get to the final four in order to deny Chimpy McCokespoon at least that measure of joy.
