I'm going to need someone to come over and give me a backrub, please.
This morning when I was running, I felt a *pull* in my back, RIGHT where I injured it last winter. I was freaked. It started to hurt, so I walked the rest of the way home and immediately took several ibuprofen when I got there. It feels ok now, but I really think someone shouild come rub my back. and feed me. and clean my garage. and paint my toenails. I think that would definitely help prevent any further issues. tia.

4. Did you know you can use Tide detergent as body paint,
and it glows BRIGHT neon under a black light?

8. No way. You have too many physical issues- that wouldn't be fair.
I'll get a table for you too, and we'll both take volunteers.

6. That rumbling noise you hear is eight hundred DU guys running
full-tilt toward your house, bearing various oils.

12. There is nothing like that in the ol' photobucket,
and I can't find new batteries for my (dead) camera. You'll just have to take your chances...

11.  No you're not.
You're never to busy for ME! Hey, my sister just rented an apartment with her boyfriend on Grand, near Lexington Ave. Refresh my memory- is that a really icky spot. I though Grand was bad, but it's been awhile since I've down that way.

13. Grand and Lexington is an awesome neighborhood
Edited on Mon Mar-27-06 01:54 PM by jpgray
She's right by Cooks on Grand, which is a kickbuttock cooking store, and there are about 8,000 good restaurants (like Everest on Grand) and a few good bars in her general vicinity. That neighborhood is quite chic (well, middle-aged people chic) and is awfully expensive. Did they get one of the new condos? The farther north you get, the further the neighborhood depreciates, but Lex and Grand is great--if she can throw a City Pages and hit the Lexington, she's in great shape.

14. I was told that it's a brownstone.
A one-bedroom for about $725/month, I think. I'm jealous. I never had a *cool* apartment.

15. Mm. The neighborhood's nice, but some of those places are real dives
Look pretty on the outside, but falling apart on the inside except where there are six thousand layers of Hospital White paint slathered over everything. Advertised as "historic," naturally, to appeal to inexperienced idealistic people who've read a lot about famous people living in such places and leading interesting lives. :D
