Cheese is about the only thing I can eat...I longingly watched the children eat a couple of drumsticks so I went for a couple slices of dill cheese.

17. kid is off on break, so we just played some football

and baseball. Meanwhile trying to finish a report due to poor planning on my part! The weather is finally, finally nice! 50s today and I have the door open. Lovely weather for cleaning up the yard. :hi:

4. What's havarti?

It sounds middle eastern... Is it like hummus?

7. It is a type of cheese. Danish to be exact. Quite mild, yet with a little

bit of zing! The block I bought is dill...flavored with dill. You can also get garlic herb, vegetable...oh all sorts.

15. MrG has a new favorite beer. I bought him a 6 pack of Ekstra Castle Ale

from Trader Joe's and he loves it. :hi: I would love to have a beer with my cheese, but,sadly, it's just the cheese. I had a glass of wine for the first time in forever on Saturday and just about passed out before dessert was served. ;)

I used to visit a sandwich shoppe that had a "Pam Anderson" special. It was Havarti, avocados, and lean breast of turkey on white bread. No, seriously. It was a great little sandwich shoppe.
