Not only did I get up early, but I want them to move on this, so the toilet will be installed by the weekend. They came an hour and a half after the time I told them yesterday. All told I think they only worked 4 hours. Just long enough to leave us without a sink and shower.
They are a reputable company with great references. Just not sure what's going on with these guys. I was told they like to start early (as early as 6).
