I go back to work this afternoon after my hiatus in the hospital

I got sick about a month ago and the anti-biotics they gave me "missed" and the infection got worse. Well the steroids I was taking for the asthma was screwing with my pancreas and my body was producing insulin, you see where this is going. So I end up in the ICU for four days with a acute asthma attack and an accute steroid induced diabetes attack. The good news is I'm not a diabetic(Thank Christ) but wheneve I'm on the roids I need to watch my blood sugar.

And those steroids suck, but as my dad says "not being able to breathe is even worse".

7. I've had one. And when the nurse came in to take it out, she was

someone I knew! I said "Give em the scissors and go away." She said "No, you don't want to do this yourself." I said yes, I did, and I did.

At least she didn't see me with a tube hanging of Mr Johnson. Was worth it.
