My grandpa is passing over...

My paternal grandfather is passing over and may not make it through the night or tomorrow. He is in the hospice right now and family is there.

He has been in there for a while since his liver started shutting down a few months ago.

So please, if you can send good vibes, prayers or whatever so that he can make it over easily.

He is very comfortable at least.
