Yep. That's exactly what I said this time last year about the momma kittie who adoped us and the 3 kittens she bore one night in the office (behind the server). Shasta (momma kittie), Erica, Xena and Henry (her kittens) are doing just fine and have been absorbed into the pride. That makes 8.

I'm laying a cyber $10.00 that you won't be able to give them up.

Ok, well I should clarify that I foster for a local no-kill shelter, and this isn't my first litter either. :P If I kept all the ones I've fostered in the past, I think I'd be over 30 by now! So I'll take that bet! ;)

Although if you check your local shelters, there are kittens that get along as if they were in the same litter, but weren't. I've assumed that they came from the same litter sometimes when they were complete strangers just a few days before!

is adorable. They're all cute. Wonder what the daddy looked like? Are the kittens white or silver? Could daddy have been siamese? The mama cat is a sweetie, too. I think tortoiseshell's are highly superior cats, and are usually great mothers. I've had several torties, and they are much smarter than the average cat. Thanks for giving me a kitten smile today.

27. Actually mama is a torbie...

..but close enough, and still very smart! Here she is being VERY smart! I felt soooo bad for her.. she just looked like she needed a break! So I stacked a few baby gates, and kept the door open. She stayed close... but still out of reach for awhile. ;)

28. Oh, and they've been classified..

..as Lynx-point siamese kittens. :) (although a few look like snowshoes or ragdolls with the inverted 'V's on the faces) I'm guessing dad HAD to be a siamese kitty!
