I have the direct line to NORAD Central Operations.

At around 0600 (pacific time), I'm going to call them and with a very heavy Russian accent, say that a fringe element of Chechian separatists took control of a missile silo in Uzbekistan, and launched six ICBMs at the US Eastern Seaboard. I'll further explain that, due to the age and relatively poor condition of the missiles' communication systems, it has proven impossible to self-destruct them, and they are going to hit DC, New York, and Baltimore at 0620. With many apologies from myself.
