It's Saturday morning...I remember, as a kid, waking up early on Saturdays all excited because cartoons were on TV all morning, and I'd sit with a big bowl of Cap'n Crunch in front of the TV until after 12 o'clock watching them! :bounce: Oh, to be a kid again!

Remember that tonight when you go to bed is the night you move your clocks forward an hour! 2 am suddenly becomes 3 am, and it will stay light outside until almost 8 pm! :woohoo:

I had a nice day off yesterday! I never made it to the laundromat, but I went shopping several places! I even got a new flat panel LCD monitor! :bounce: I've been wanting one for a LOOOONG time, so I just broke down and got one! It's a Samsung 17", and it's fantastic! There is much more room now on my desk!

just got back from groceries shopping. Wanna bake a carrot cake for my meeting with neweurope tomorrow and had to buy the ingredients. And of course something to eat for myself :)

We had the time change last weekend. Were inconvenient for me since I was leaving London early and got all mixed up with the time.

Today I am getting my apt in order, doing laundry (YES!! I really washing my clothes!!!) and in 2 hours I am invited over to my co-workers place. She has a new cat since some months and I am allowed to meet him today :bounce: I had their other cat in care last summer. And I will take both cats in care this summer again. Three weeks cats at my place :bounce:

But you to to your location and post there -- so you don't get people from across the country, just locally. Most of the things are for sale, but there's a "free" section as well. We put the bed in there b/c we just wanted to get rid of it today so we wouldn't have to store it until garbage day. I got a lot of people saying they lost so much in the hurricanes. I wish I had more stuff to give away to them.

Yep, those little critters grow fast when you feed 'em. I still remember Satchmo as a little bit of a thing. There's nothing cuter than a baby animal. :loveya:

We had to put "fingernails" on two of our girls. They were digging up the sofa, even though we bought them a nice scratching post (now they have four). Have you ever heard of soft paws? They fit over the claws like little caps. Makes it look like their nails are painted. :rofl:

83. It's a little tricky.

This is my first time, so I've had some come off. The glue comes with pointed tips so you can shoot it into the tips, but you can't tell how much is going in unless you have the clear tips. So I learned to put the glue in with a toothpick and it works a LOT better.

I'm completely moved out of the old place and it's so clean your mama would be proud. :)

Gracie (youngest cat) didn't cry at all last night. It's the first night since I got her she didn't keep me awake.

My daughter's home for the weekend. Her boyfriend's going to help hook up the washer and dryer and help with some re-arranging of furniture. I go at 11:00 to open a friend's gift shop for the day.
