I've noticed some people here have decided to quit smoking and I decided to give another shot at quitting also.

I don't know why I keep doing this to myself.

3. I have been smoke-free for 10 months. It was easier than I thought.

I took Zyban. Not everyone does well on it, there are fucked up side effects sometimes.

But you will not smoke, I can guarantee that!

7. I'm trying to quit cold turkey.

I try to avoid prescription medications whenever possible. And I have heard it's best to quit without using gum or the patch, because it just keeps nicotine in your system.

You can do it -- it has been a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I tried a couple of times before, but this time something just clicked.
