Liftin' weights feels so good!
Man, my arms feel great... 25lbs is easier to do reps with these days.

The legs hurt after doing 5 minutes on the elliptical trainer (I remember when I could do 30 mins...)

Hoping my diet/caloric intake is okay, but otherwise!

Can't wait to be down to 190 again... and not sweat all the time.

1. Preaching to the choir.
Just upped the weight on the bi/tri part of my workout on Friday-3 sets of 70 x 7 standing bicep curls, 3 sets of 90 x 8 standing tricep pulls. Holy God, that felt good afterwards.

And I'm with you on the sweating. I was out walking for 2 hours today, and I think I went down 5 pounds from all the sweat.
