Why do they have "smoking at school" and not just "Smoking"

I would imagine these cartoons are about as effective at teaching kids about being law abiding citizens as, well, doing nothing at all.

There is an important lesson for Mikee in the "Marijuana" strip: Watch out for M.P. - he's a snitch or a cop.

Pathetic. At least we could laugh at "REefer Madness" - these are just dumb.
