Some ham cutlets, and some mashed potatoes. :)
I tried these mashed potatoes made by Country Crock the other week, and man are they ever good. I couldn't wait to have more!

3. Old fashioned sunday dinner - Roast beef, smashed potatos, gravy |

probably green beans, sliced tomatoes (local but probably unsustainably grown Eurofresh greenhouse)
maybe some kind of desert, but I'm not feeling real motivated. God, have I been on here all day?
