I swear, if I don't go to be soon, we'll have 5 new animals come morning time. Isn't she the cutest? She's a border Collie...10 weeks old.

2. I have never seen an all white border collie...

as a kid I adopted a border collie from the local pound. His markings were so perfect, that I petitioned the AKC and was able to get him registered. I was in 4H dog training classes and hoped to show him. But he was a wee bit challenging for an eleven year old trainer. Border Collies are great!

7. Me either. Our neighbors behind us have a border collie, and we

have the shetland sheepdog...it's fun to watch them herd each other when he jumps into our yard to play. :hi:

10. somehow the golden (and later her pups)

and the border collie just sorta tolerated each other. Don't think bird dog fetchers, and being herded go to jolly together. He was a great dog (and sadly due to a car accident - my first real mourning as a kid - didn't stay with us for too many years) - but we ended up with a string of five more goldens ... losing one in May of last year, and hooking up with a then sickly - but now crazy one-year old golden later last summer. He's a handful - but we love him. :hi:

Great to think about Shawn (he was the first dog that was 'salin's' dog). Warm fuzzies. :D

. . . that dog will grow up to be a slut. She will start spewing hormone scents around. Mutts from miles around will surround your house just waiting for the opportunity, hiding and barking.

Don't take it out on her. She can't help it. She is a queen. :)
