Karma can be MEAN...
That's all I'm gonna say.

Even though I don't believe in it, doesn't mean it doesn't believe in me....

5. Nah that would be better than what happened
After doing my morning jog, I was going up the stairs, and I did so at an angle when - CRUNCH! My knee twisted resulting in a lot of pain, and my maniscus cartilige being torn.

6. I'm sorry, Taverner. Ouch!

I can relate: I've had a lot of hip pain over the past few months that I been dealing with. It's been very frustrating and a sloow recovery process, but I know, in my heart of hearts, the silver lining is there, SOMEwhere....

Let's just say, some days are easier than others for finding that silver lining!

I wish you all the best as you discover yours...:toast: Hang in there and be gentle with yourself.
