Poll question: So, in honor of shacking up...which of these will happen first?
We've already gotten mail to "Jason and Stacie Hislastname" (never mind we were not even living together at the time), so that's not an option in this poll.

1. Neither.
The first thing that happens is you get your underwear mixed up in the laundry.

2. A couple pairs of mine have ended up in his daughter's drawer,
much to her amusement.

(He's been doing his laundry at my place for months, since he doesn't have machines at his.)

7. What use does a 3-year-old have for peek-a-boo bras?

4. You left off "Get dirty looks from self-righteous busy-body
neighbor for 'living in sin'."

That's my vote...

5. Heh...haven't had to deal with that yet...
(I think the upper neighbors are living in sin, too.)

9. You guys are in Milwaukee, right? "Gomorrah on the Lake"?
heh, you probably won't even get a second glance from the neighbors, with all the heathen sinning that goes on there.

Congrats, BTW! :toast:

6. Surprising
I "shacked up" with someone for a year, and we never had the last name problem.

8. Hubby and I shacked up for a couple of years before we
got married, and I never had the name problem. The only "stinkeye" we got was from the mother of our next-door neighbor. Apparently, our quiet ways and penchant for staying out of other people's business was too heathen for Mommy---she was an evangelical fundie. :(
