Did you catch last night's show? Shots were taken. And not the usual kind.
Here's some of the freeper bait: a pharamcist was fired for refusing to fill birth control prescriptions. Tony weighed in with concerns about not getting Viagra..."if" he needed it. Even Tony sees the hypocrisy of the fundy freepers.
And then there was the whole evolution vs. creationist debate. With Tony and pals, again, voicing support for "those scientists and their carbon dating."
Plus, Tony's HMO "facilitator" came in for her share of his wrath by blithely pushing a still recovering Tony out the door, too soon. "It's all about the money with you guys."
If you closed your eyes, you might have thought you were listening to Alan Shore of "Boston Legal".

Hal Holbrook was wonderful in his role. The creationism bit was well played. And there was a parting shot when Hesch (s) and his woman friend were talking. She was taking about people may disagree with the fundies but they're great friends of the Jews and Israel. Then Hesch said, "Just wait."
