I'm stuck in South Jersey and I want to watch my Mets on opening day. The schedule says ESPN is carrying the game but right now they aren't showing it, instead they have an ESPN News feed on. What the hell?!? It can't be blacked out because we don't get SNY down here so I shall repeat...what the hell?!?

2. I don't understand why that would be... |
|
If I were back home and in the Mets network viewing area, I would understand...I wouldn't want to watch it on ESPN anyway. But I'm in south Jersey...Phillies country so I don't know why it would be blacked out

3. It really sucks that the game isn't on for you. |
|
I'd be really pissed if I was looking forward to seeing my team play on opening day and the network messed up somehow. The Dbacks game starts here in 2 hrs. I can hardly wait!

We're nowhere near either team.

I know how it feels. My podunk college town's WB affiliate isn't carrying the Cardinals game. It's radio for me. :D

7. you can't get it if you have SNY |
|
due to blackout rules that apply. Its the same reason you can't get Braves games on TBS in NY when the Mets play the Braves. Oh David Wright just hit a home run. Yay. 3-1 Mets.

14. No problem but it may be a little off |
|
I've used it for Steelers games during the football season and it was a few mins behind but it was great too. I got the link from someone here in the lounge awhile back when I couldnt find an Orioles game on the radio. Glad you guys beat the Nats, I mean I dont hate the Nationals but I am getting sick of them.

I guess it really doesn't matter now because METS WIN!!!! :woohoo:
They just better not be blacked out on Thursday night when they are on again

|

when the Mets were good again....should've gone to William Patterson, thus, avoiding Mets blackouts and being STUCK down here.

you can listen to all MLB games regardless of where you live (no blackouts). XM also has NHL hockey, the ACC (football/basketball), Pac-10 etc. and it will carry English and Spanish broadcasts of the World Cup in a few months.
