EU denies new Windows Vista font (Plagiarism)

Microsoft is well known for introducing fonts, which are "inspired" by existing ones. Well, this time their attempt to introduce a variation of an existing font as the new standard for XP suffered a setback: the EU did not accept the font as a new design, but found "Segoe" to be identical to "Frutiger Next".

2. Should work now
The software does not seem to like brackets in URLs.

Monotype did the stealing, IIRC.

Anyway; I can't stand seeing printed texts in Arial (and, for that matter, Times New Roman). Truth be told: I would not be that unhappy about an affordable Frutiger.

6. Frutiger is a very nice font,
but I do like Helvetica, too. Times New Roman is out of the question - if I want a nice font there, I'd chose Georgia.

There are quite a few fonts I'm always looking for ...
