Does Savannah Georgia Have Decent Mass Transit (esp. from Airport)?

A group I know is looking to have a Convention and someone mentioned Savannah as a possible site. Does anyone know if it's got decent mass transit? Los Angeles was mentioned but many said the transit there is beastly. Thanks!

We go to Savannah fairly often as it's only 100 miles down the road. Here's the transit website for the city.

However, walking around Savannah is a wonderful experience.

2. There's a fixed rate from the taxis to downtown. $25

And transportation once here is great.

There's even a free shuttle that cruises the downtown historic area.

Be sure to scedule in time for sight-seeing if you make Savannah your destination.
