Best online store for Japanese import CDs?

I want to buy my wife Carole Bayer Sager's "Sometimes Late At Night" on CD, but I understand the US release is garbage, and that the Japanese release is far superior. However, I don't think I've spent $40-something dollars on a Japanese CD since Todd Rundgren's "Individualist" album. Does anybody know of a good online store for imports with reasonable prices? Thanks.

On edit: the price is $30.39 which is a good chunk below the list price of $44.99.

Khash: what artist released "The Value of Ignorance?" I didn't find anything with that title at CD Universe but if you can give me the artist's name I can check a few other sites.
