*Woohoo!* My new bed is here!!!

I paid a fortune for it, but I wanted something of extremely good quality. For those living in Wisconsin, you can't beat Verlo. I got a latex mattress, new frame and headboard.

It's heaven, I tell ya - pure heaven! O8)O8)

We need a new bed, some day we'll buy one. I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately but I don't think it's the bed.

4. This is probably one of the smartest things I've done.

And, to make room for delivery, I had to clean not only my bedroom, but also the entryway, family room, kitchen, and hallway. Now I have a semi-uncluttered home, too!

5. We got a new bed last month. Individually wrapped springs with a thick

layer of memory foam on the top. It's like sleeping on a cloud!!!!! :D

Really, I have to say you were very smart to get a quality bed. Sleep is very important. :hug:

Mom: "So, when you move in together, whose bed are you going to use?"
Me: "Jason's. His frame is smaller, so it'll fit into the tiny bedroom better, and his mattress is far better than mine -- something he probably spent way too much on, but that was before it was any of my problem."
Mom: "Does it bother you that he slept on that bed with his ex-wife?"
Me: "Not until now, it didn't." :eyes:

(Actually, it does not bother me at all, but I wanted to end that line of questioning.)

We got keys last weekend, and have been moving carloads every day, and doing some basic measuring, repair, etc.

The truck comes a week from tomorrow for the big stuff.

But that's only because Verlo doesn't have a store in Eau Claire. The damned mattress started sagging after 2 years... and in the meanwhile, the mattress company CLOSED!! :grr:

Before that, I had a Verlo for 18 years. I loved that bed.

33. It was beautiful today!

Sun shining, temps in the 50's.... and I spent the whole day indoors. But at least my home is getting cleaned!

Now, if I can just find my receipts, I can get my taxes done. :hi:
