Shower Soothers (a Sudafed product)? They're tablets about the size of a half-dollar coin. You put them on the tub floor and they dissolve when the shower water hits them. It's like a vaporizer in a tablet. I've used them, and they do help some. I hope you get better soon. :hug:

Yes, my hair was a lovely shade of red. It runs in my family...my paternal grandmother was a redhead (like a freshly minted penny)...my oldest sister had the most beautiful shade of all.

You can't see it from that pic, but I've always had a thick grey streak in the back. My hair turned mud brown as I got older, and my eyebrows went black.

To me, there is no beauty like theirs. They surround me, enfold me with love, hold me close and comfort me -- and two of them do it from 2,600 miles away, and one of them does it in my memory and I wonder if she even knows it.
