7. Today was just difficult....

The procedures are complicated and I had three people telling me how to complete an purchase order about 10 different ways. I literally had two people in my cubicle yelling at each other with me in the middle because of an unrelated issue with a fax confirmation. At one point, the owner of the agency got in the middle, and one of the women started screaming at him. He is 72 friggin years old! Gah...They usually work on different floors, so hopefully I can avoid those firestorms. One told me to save fax confirmations, one told me to throw them away, and then the other person told me to throw them away...then that one denies she ever said that...eek.

I just need to win powerball or marry well...:eyes:

The owner of the agency knows whats going on...it isn't me, it is the training...

I have said it before, and I have said it again. I loathe working with some women. I am a woman, but I cannot STAND working with some of'em. And in this field, there are some DOOZIES. The cattiness is something that I cannot stand. You know the kind...the ones who got by with Daddy's connections and sleeping around. Ugh.

But come to think of it, the IT guy is cute:P

12. I know that feeling. The training I've gotten has been...substandard.

Me and the other new guys are working with the experienced folks to figure everything out. Oh well, the work is getting done. :D

Hey, I do 80% of the stuff right the first time. 90% if you ask the right person.:P

That is on the third day with a whole lot of complicated stuff...

I guess thay is okay... Someone told me that they didn't even know how to answer their phone until they were there for a week...I guess I am well ahead of the curve on that one.
