I REALLY need help with something...
I am writing the conclusion to my thesis. I am trying to outline, but my thoughts are completely jumbled. Over the time I've written, I have collected many little thoughts/theories about what I was writing.

I know this sounds strange coming from a "Writer" but my head is a mess right now and I need to crank this out very soon. Does anyone have any good methods/strategies in organizing a thesis conclusion?

Thanks very much. :hi:

3. I absolutely agree......
I know after I've had a good night's sleep that I will be able to see what I'm doing with much fresher eyes.....

Definitely.....take a break! Come back refreshed.....

You WILL be amazed at how much easier things will be. You must trust your native ability.....

4. My father sometimes had trouble writing encyclopedia yearbook articles
and he'd listen to classical music to help him focus.

Rest is good too!

5. it sounds very much like you need to take a break...
do you have the major points already down on paper? if so, and you are just trying to flesh them out, please take a break. Even better, go get a good night's sleep. And then in the morning, get yourself a good breakfast, and then sit down and try to start again. Your thoughts will come much more easily and clearly. Right now, you are just fighting yourself. Your mind and body are telling you they need a rest. Be good to yourself!

6. Take a really long walk. If necessary, do so daily for at least a week
Your thoughts just fall in place by themselves. If you don't have a week available, walk the longest distance you can possibly manage in one day.

On the other hand, the way I wrote my thesis in about a week's time was through receiving a drop-dead letter from my then best friend. This method is not recommended.
