Khash is an idiot!
Not a surprise to anyone, really.
But I almost missed a dentist apt. because I didn't set my clocks forward. So I was an hour off.....

And ran down the stairs and fell and broke/bruised my tailbone. It HURTS.

But I'm not complaining... just realizing what a dumbfuck I am.

So what kind of dumbfuck are you? Time to confess the stupid things you've done and the consequences....

Khash

1. Oh sweet Jeebus.

I'll be typing all day and the post will probably crash DU. :eyes:

Think I'll pass out of consideration for my fellow DUers.

2. Lets see, I lost my car keys in the grocery store last week.....
How's that for starters? I could go on for hours, but-trust me on this-I can give you a run for your money as a dumbfuck!

3. The day I moved into my apartment, I locked myself out.
About six months ago, I did it again.

Not as painful as busting my tailbone, but embarrassing nonetheless.

Hope you're feeling better !!!

10. I did that
Oh that can get bad. I locked myself out. I had to break into my own apartment. I needed my car keys to get to work!!

The police showed up. I had to find my lease to prove I lived there. Cops have a problem with men rummaging in closets.....

I didn't get arrested but I was very late to work.

My boss was not pleased. But I asked her "What part of "I am an idiot" do you not understand?""

Khash.

5. In the past two weeks I have messed up the dates of two doctor's
appointments and shown up on the wrong day...luckily before the appointment, but still. Being told, "No Mrs Harper, your appt is on Wednesday" is embarassing. The consequences were that I scheduled an appraisal on the morning of one and I can't be in two places at once, so the doctor's appt. had to go. Pity, really. ;)

6. Late on rent check, making silly mistakes at work... being late for
my own funeral.

Stuff like that.

Sorry about your coccyx, BTW.

9. I really hope you are OK
and you aren't an idiot at all. I have been so pre-occupied that I have been making really weird errors and not even noticing. I was referring to Patrick Fitzgerald as Fitzpatrick and even after someone made a funny comment on it it still took me a couple of hours to notice. Doh!

So I haven't fallen down the stairs in a couple of months but my mind, oh my mind where has it gone? You know that old saying; Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most!

 :hi:

14. It does stop
but it's much easier to rebreak it. I've rebroken it twice since then, once ice skating and once playing pick up football.
