Forget the dime - Reagan should be on the negative penny

It would be called the "deficent" and be worth -1 cent.

In honor of his establishing the official neo-conservative policy of huge budget deficits created by huge tax cuts.

They would be legal tender to establish all debts, public and private. Every time you owed someone some money, they would have to give you an equivalent amount in deficents. Because deficents are such a small unit of currency, if you accumulated large debts they would get extemely cumbersome to carry around and keep track of, which would make you realize that huge debts are not a good thing, and that Reagan was not a good president. :evilgrin:
