3. Very lame, but decent "I have nothing better to watch" viewing ...

8. It wasn't that bad -- it was okay
The cast was great... the script wasn't. Diane Lane and John Cusack (esp. with a side of Stockard) can make anything watchable. It was a B-.

9. I kept hoping it would get better... but it just seemed to fall flat.
And I really like both Cusack and Lane. But the movie just seemed really strained somehow. I can't recall the last Cusack movie I've liked.
