8. Yes. I am accepting of the situation.

I don't like it, but I do accept it as fact. It happened before, and it's logical to conclude it will happen again, and more frequently.

3. Do you know why?
Mine do that a lot too. I have extremely loose, stretched ligamnets in my right knee. It trips about once a month on average.

6. No, but I have a theory. (it's my left ankle, specifically...)

I don't know how I could lose so much strength in a matter of months, and with my exercising one would think I'd have some solid and continual improvement...

And if I go back to the quack, he'll pin it all on anxiety without bothering to do any relevant tests. Or any tests, for that matter. (he wouldn't do an EKG when I complained of heart problems and referred to a bunch of 6 month old blood tests not relevant... which is sad, he didn't even do cholesterol readings or anything else obvious... the last time I had such a test done, the 'bad cholesterol' was slightly elevated and the 'good cholesterol' below the lower 'healthy' limit...)

I think that, when on a certain drug several months ago, it stimulated my metabolism... I had lost 30 pounds, but I think some of it was muscle and not fat. Indeed, for 3 years I was grossly overweight (still am to an extent) and undoubtedly placed extreme stress on my legs.

And it's sad. I finally have a reason for living again (career path, assuming we still have an economy by the time I'm sufficiently deemed "economically viable". You didn't think I have a love interest or that anybody would really be interested in me, did you? :D )

I also apologize for wandering wildly between tangents...

9. General atrophy over a period of time? Also due to excess stress...
Edited on Fri Apr-07-06 06:12 PM by HypnoToad
I recall having leg problems as early as August 2005, but I thought they went away.

In Decemeber I had some worse problems.

I thought they had gone away with exercise.

The problems were either temporarily cured or had "gone away" like they had once before.

Whatever happens happens at this point. And you know I don't want to believe that.
