what does the "Mark" button actually do?
It turned the little icons before the posts (in Lounge) all white, but why is it in every post? I mean, when I read a post, it marks it when I go back to the main Lounge page, so why would I even click on it? I am confused.

4. I use it for the smaller groups that don't get much traffic.
All new messages, even within a thread I've read, are highlighted, making it easier to see what you've read and what's new.

It's a very useful tool. :)

5. The topic line turns purple in the group part when I read it.
then I can make the beginning icon white with "mark" also. Maybe I'm special? Seemed like a double thing and I never noticed the "mark" button before. Maybe because I'm special.

6. "Mark" turns the yellow icons white.
When you get a new message in the thread, they are yellow. So you only have to read the yellow-icons to keep up.

Edited to add, cool, I see what you mean. Here in this topic it changes. Good idea and useful I can see. Thanks.
