1. instead of scotch tape.... |
|
just noticed that they now sell a glue stick specifically for wrapping presents -- at least there would be no scotch tape to deal with.

2. My wrapping projects are always mangled |
|
but my wife and family find it humorous. So humorous that I go out of my way to hose up the wrapping as much as possible. There is no doubt who wrapped which presents under our tree. Don't strive for neatness and perfection, just concealment. Merry Christmas.

I love wrapping presents and I think I'm pretty good at it :-) I would suggest not using too much paper.

6. actually curse10 has it exactly right |
|
the secret is to use only enough paper to cover the gift. It is alot easier without all that excess.

7. Yep, cut down the ends so they're just slightly less than the height of |
|
the box. Sometimes creasing the edges to be folded helps.

I use to wrap packages during Christmas and I have always loved doing it.
Do you have a Walgreen's by your house?
Buy the packages of paper that is pre-cut and you will come out better on the appearance of your package.
