Who could play Bill Clinton in a movie? Hillary?
Yes, I know John Travolta and Emma Thompson did in "Primary Colors," but technically they weren't really the Clintons. Besides they were pretty much cardboard characters in that movie, altho both were good at it.

I'm thinking about a movie that treats Bill Clinton's presidency and his "fall" in a more dramatic sense.

I can't think of an actor offhand who could portray Clinton's charisma.
