Any significance to a Masonic baseball cap left under a table?
Tonight I was in a bar, and in the dining area under one of the tables one of the bussers found a blue baseball cap with the Masonic <G> logo thingie on it. Pretty nice wool cap actually. I almost claimed it, for the hell of it, but then realized if I wore it anywhere and a brethren or whatever they call themselves, approached me for the secret handshake or whatever...I would be up the creek since I am not a Mason.

But then I was wondering is this any kind of a signal? Like you know they have all these secret meanings to things, so does it mean anything if they leave the cap with the logo under a table in a bar? BTW, it was under the northeast corner portion of the table, and was facing south when found, if that helps.

I will be 'away' for 15-20 minutes here, so will check back then.

1. Oh man, I miss Khephra
He was a Mason, IIRC. Maybe there are other Masons on DU?
