For an ordinary question, one. For a question expressing some degree of alarm, two or more. And for a question of great urgency, many question marks with exclamation marks interspersed.

For some more than one will trigger their petty annoyances, but for me it requires so many characters in the header that it disrupts my browser. I think admin has now made it impossible to do that so my zen experiences need to be triggered by other means
